This Shipping Policy explains how Shoppigo Online processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping coverage
- We currently deliver within Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you and may cancel the order with a full refund.

- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery time
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally:
- 2–5 working days for major cities.
- 3–7 working days for other areas.
- These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We may offer free or discounted shipping during special promotions or above a certain value. Such offers will be clearly displayed on the website when active.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery may be available for selected cities and order values.
- We reserve the right to limit COD for high‑value orders or specific locations.
6. Order confirmation & tracking
- After you place an order, you may receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
- Once your order is shipped, we may share a tracking ID or link so you can follow your parcel’s status on the courier’s website.

- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order.

- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos and, if possible, record an unboxing video.
- In case of lost, severely damaged, or tampered shipments confirmed by the courier, we will either re‑ship the order or process a refund, as per our Return and Refund Policies.

- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
