Return Policy – Shoppigo Online

At Shoppigo Online, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange a product purchased from our online store.

1. Return window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • After this period, your request may not be accepted.

(If you ever extend it to 5 or 7 days, update “3 days” everywhere in this policy.)

2. When returns are accepted

We usually accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product
    • The product arrives broken, leaked, expired, or clearly defective.
  • Wrong product delivered
    • You receive a different product, variant, size, or color than the one you ordered.
  • Missing items
    • One or more items are missing from your order and cannot be reshipped quickly.​

3. Non‑returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted in the following cases, unless the item is damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products.
  • Items without original packaging, labels, tags, or safety seals.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper storage.

We may also refuse returns for:

  • “Change of mind” after using or opening the product.
  • Items marked as “Non‑returnable” on the product page.

4. Conditions for accepted returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and (where applicable) in original packaging.
  • All accessories, gifts, and documents received with the order must also be returned.
  • We may request clear photos or an unboxing video to verify damage, defects, or wrong product deliveries.​

5. How to request a return

To raise a return request within 3 days of delivery:

    • Share your order number, photos/video, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Wait for our review
    • Our team will review your case and confirm whether it is eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Send the item back (if approved)
    • We will share courier pickup details or the return address, along with packaging instructions.

Please do not ship any products back before receiving our confirmation.

6. Return shipping costs

  • If the problem is from our side (damaged item, wrong or missing product), we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange pickup where possible.
  • If the return is due to customer error or preference (for example, wrong size/color selected) and we agree to accept the return, the customer may be asked to pay the return shipping cost.​

7. Refunds for returns

  • Approved returns may be processed as an exchange or a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
  • Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy, which explains refund methods and timelines.
