Return Policy – Shoppigo Online

At Shoppigo Online, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange a product purchased from our online store.
1. Return window
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- After this period, your request may not be accepted.
(If you ever extend it to 5 or 7 days, update “3 days” everywhere in this policy.)
2. When returns are accepted
We usually accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product
- The product arrives broken, leaked, expired, or clearly defective.
- Wrong product delivered
- You receive a different product, variant, size, or color than the one you ordered.
- Missing items
- One or more items are missing from your order and cannot be reshipped quickly.
3. Non‑returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted in the following cases, unless the item is damaged or incorrect:
- Opened, used, or unsealed skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products.
- Items without original packaging, labels, tags, or safety seals.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper storage.
We may also refuse returns for:
- “Change of mind” after using or opening the product.
- Items marked as “Non‑returnable” on the product page.
4. Conditions for accepted returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and (where applicable) in original packaging.
- All accessories, gifts, and documents received with the order must also be returned.
- We may request clear photos or an unboxing video to verify damage, defects, or wrong product deliveries.
5. How to request a return
To raise a return request within 3 days of delivery:

- Our team will review your case and confirm whether it is eligible for return or exchange.
- Send the item back (if approved)
- We will share courier pickup details or the return address, along with packaging instructions.
Please do not ship any products back before receiving our confirmation.
6. Return shipping costs
- If the problem is from our side (damaged item, wrong or missing product), we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange pickup where possible.
- If the return is due to customer error or preference (for example, wrong size/color selected) and we agree to accept the return, the customer may be asked to pay the return shipping cost.
7. Refunds for returns
- Approved returns may be processed as an exchange or a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
